Morning practice

Yoga with Elisabetta

Each morning begins with yoga — not as exercise, but an invitation to arrive more fully in yourself.

The practice

Movement, breath, presence

Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and gentle awareness, yoga helps you slow down, become present, and reconnect with your body before stepping into the afternoon experiences with the horses.

Over the course of the week, many women notice that the practice naturally supports the encounters with the horses. A quieter mind, a deeper connection to the body, and a greater awareness of breath often allow for more authentic communication — with the horses, and with themselves.

For Elisabetta, yoga is far more than a physical practice. It is a path of presence, deep listening, and self-discovery — gently inviting each person to meet themselves with openness, curiosity, and compassion.
